Greater Anglia has just launched a new newsletter to keep customers up to date with news and information about the railway.

Greater Anglia News is available from selected stations and online at www.greateranglia.co.uk/newsletter.

The monthly newsletter contains news, behind the scenes information and updates about engineering works.

Articles this month include a feature about consulting with disabled rail passengers and professionals about accessibility on the company’s new trains and updates on 15 minute delay, punctuality and how to choose the cheapest fare on a ticket machine.

Jamie Burles, Greater Anglia managing director said: “We want to keep customers up to date with what we’re doing to improve the railway in East Anglia as well as inform them about what we’re doing to make their journeys better.

“We’ve asked customers what sort of information they want from us, and we’ll try to give them what they’ve asked for in our new newsletter.

“For instance, customers have told us they want to know when engineering works might affect their journeys – so we’ve included an easy to read map summing up where and when engineering works are taking place each month.

“We’re always interested in customers’ feedback, so anyone with suggestions for articles they would like included in the next edition should get in touch.”
