The main train operator for the East of England, Greater Anglia, recently attended the Westfield London Job Show to showcase its excellent customer service job opportunities.

On Friday 2 and Saturday 3 of February, 250,000 potential candidates attended the two-day event at Westfield Stratford and were greeted by Greater Anglia employees who were able to speak to them about the wide variety of customer service vacancies. The train operator is currently recruiting for public facing roles such as Platform Hosts, Ticket Gate Operators, and On-Board Hosts.

Potential candidates were able to engage with team members already in these positions and learn more about what the company can offer. Greater Anglia colleagues were able to break down common preconceptions and shatter some myths about the rail industry.
