Rail passengers can talk directly to Greater Anglia rail managers during a ‘Let’s Talk’ event at London Liverpool Street station next week.
Focused primarily on passengers who use the train operator’s services in and out of London Liverpool Street, the event will take place on Tuesday 9 January from 07.00-09.30.
Greater Anglia managers will be available to answer passengers’ questions and listen to feedback and comments – with that input helping them to continually improve the service.
Martin Moran, Greater Anglia’s Commercial and Customer Service Director, said,
“It is really important to us to hear from passengers about what matters to them and answer any questions they may have.
“We are keen to listen and to understand people’s experiences so that we can work to continually improve our service and meet customers’ expectations and needs.”
