We’d like to make sure that our online services are as accessible as possible for our disabled customers who may face more challenges than others when using websites.
We are seeking Blind and Visually Impaired rail users to participate in an online focus group to improve the accessibility of our website and app. So please tell people that you think can help contribute. The feedback provided on our website and mobile app will help us identify any areas where we need to improve. This will be an ongoing process so please have patience, and be as forthcoming as you can with your feedback so that we can make our services as good as they possibly can be.
If you join our Facebook group you will be assigned at least one test, for example, buying a ticket on the mobile app. You are also free to write posts about any other feedback on how we can improve accessibility in the main group too. Please note that you must abide by the group rules or face being removed and you can leave the group at any time. Please tell your peers which you think can help provide us feedback
