If you do not wish for your data to be held, we can still try our best to make arrangements for your assistance, but cannot guarantee it, as we will not be able to contact you should there be anything unclear in your request, or if alternative arrangements need to be made due to an unmanned or inaccessible station. Please note that you will not receive confirmation of your assistance request. We will also be unable to advise you of any disruption and/or engineering works that may affect your journey.
