Greater Anglia actively welcomes customers with restricted mobility or who need extra help and we will do our best to assist.
We support the rail industry Passenger Assist scheme and our employees will be happy to help you book your journeys for anywhere on the national network.
Our Making Rail Accessible leaflet details the services we offer. This is available on our website, at staffed stations or from our Contact Centre. It is available in various formats (such as large print) on request.
Customers can request assisted travel through our assisted travel contact form. Please give a minimum of 12 hours' notice.
