Please note that the 17:02 London Liverpool Street to Norwich and 19:30 Norwich to London Liverpool Street services (Monday - Friday) are operated by commuter-type trains and so do not offer table seats or refreshments, and may not have Wi-Fi.
Until further notice, the following services between London and Norwich (Monday to Friday) will also be formed of commuter-type trains:
09:03 Norwich to London Liverpool Street
11:30 London Liverpool Street to Norwich
14:00 Norwich to London Liverpool Street
16:30 London Liverpool Street to Norwich.
During the transition period to our new Intercity trains, commuter-type trains may operate some other Intercity services at short notice.
Weekend First Class upgrade
Upgrade your weekend journey on Intercity mainline services between Norwich, intermediate stations and London Liverpool Street. A Weekend First ticket allows you to upgrade to First Class for just £10 on a Saturday, Sunday, Bank Holidays and at Christmas. Experience the Greater Anglia First class and travel in style!

If you hold a Standard Class ticket, don't worry! Prior to travel, you can upgrade to travel in First Class (on payment of an excess fare)
Please note we cannot guarantee you a seat in first Class if you are travelling on a flexible open ticket without a reservation or in the event of busy trains due to train cancellations.
