Dutchflyer - Rail and Sail to Holland
Travel to Holland with the Dutchflyer rail and sail ticket.
The Dutchflyer is a partnership between Greater Anglia train services, ferry operator Stena Line and NS, the Dutch railway system, offering you an attractive alternative to airline travel with competitive fares.
From just £55* single, Dutchflyer is the affordable and comfortable way to travel from London or East Anglia to any city in Holland with an inclusive combination train and ferry ticket.
Travel from any Greater Anglia station to Harwich International Port where you'll cross the North Sea on one of Stena Line's Superferries. Stena Line operates twice daily sailings from Harwich to the Hook of Holland allowing you to travel in comfort and style.
Onboard facilities include a self-service and an à la carte restaurant, bars, a shop, a cinema, play areas for kids and teenagers, the Stena Plus lounge, a range of en-suite cabins and free WiFi. You'll arrive in Hook of Holland refreshed and ready for your onward journey to any Dutch city**.
Day crossings on Stena Line's Harwich to Hook of Holland ferry route take around seven hours. Overnight sailings take approximately eight hours.
Choose the economical day sailing for a relaxed crossing from only £55* single so you can take advantage of the onboard facilities that will entertain you during your journey. You'll find you'll arrive in Holland in no time.
Alternatively, choose the overnight sailing and sleep in one of Stena Line's comfortable onboard cabins so you'll wake up refreshed for an early morning arrival in Holland. Dutchflyer overnight sailing prices start from only £85* single.
**Please note that the rail line from Hook of Holland to Rotterdam is currently closed for conversion to be part of the Rotterdam metro system. A non-stop rail replacement coach (route 711) runs frequently between Hook of Holland and Schiedam Centrum station, taking 30 minutes. At Schiedam you can take a direct NS train to Rotterdam, taking five minutes, or Amsterdam, taking just over an hour. Your Dutchflyer ticket is valid on the replacement coach.
